Doctorate in Educational, Child and Adolescent Psychology (DECAP) from Queen’s University Belfast.
Associate Fellow and Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Registered Psychologist with the HCPC.

I have extensive experience working as an Educational and Child Psychologist in the following roles:
Educational Psychologist in public service in Northern Ireland.
Consulting Educational Psychologist on Special Educational Needs reform programmes in Northern Ireland.
Educational Psychologist for Statutory Assessments in various Local Authorities in England.
Expert witness in criminal law proceedings.

I have made considerable contributions to the continued development of Educational and Child Psychology as a discipline including:
Conducting expansive research on Educational and Child Psychology, which has seen me in receipt of research awards from Queen’s University Belfast.
